DfI Planning moving to new office

From 25 July 2016 the Department for Infrastructure’s Planning functions based in Causeway Exchange will be moving office.

The new address will be:

The current general telephone number will remain unchanged as 0300 200 7830 as will the general e-mail address (planning@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk).

However, due to the move we expect some disruption to service and, as a result, the office in Causeway Exchange will be closed to the public on Thursday 21 and Friday 22 July 2016.  

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but wish to assure customers that the closure will have limited impact to ongoing casework. The closure will also have no impact on the availability of the Public Access website.
