Updated drawings have been included as part of Statements of Case, submitted to the Planning Appeals Commission (PAC) in respect of application ref: LA10/2017/1249/F (SPD/2017/1249/F) PAC Reference 2021/C005, by Turley on behalf of Dalradian Gold Ltd and New drawings have also included as part of Statements of Case by RPS on behalf of NIE Networks application ref: LA10/2019/1386/F PAC Reference 2021/C006 and application ref: LA10/2019/1000/F PAC Reference 2021/C007, in line the directions of the Commission.
The Department has taken the drawings submitted by Turley on behalf of Dalradian Gold Ltd and uploaded these to the planning register under application ref: SPD/2017/1249/F (Please see the departments news item of 26 March 2024 with reference to this reference number this is not a new or revised application rather a continuation of the application which bears the reference number LA10/2017/1249/F).
The drawings submitted by RPS on behalf of NIE Networks have also been uploaded to the planning register under applications ref:LA11/2019/1000/F and ref:LA10/2019/1386/F.
