The publicity and neighbour notification arrangements for planning application LA10/2017/1249/F for Dalradian Gold Ltd have now been issued by the Department.
Notice of the application and ES have been published in a number of local newspapers and a copy of the advertisement notice can be viewed on the DfI Planning Applications Advertised page. Neighbour notification letters have also issued notifying identified occupiers on neighbouring land about the application.
The newspaper advertisements and neighbour notification letters include, amongst other matters, details on how to inspect the application and make representations to the Department. The Department is now progressing consultation with relevant authorities about the proposed development.
