In accordance with Regulation 23 of the Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2015 the Department is of the opinion that the environmental statement submitted with planning application LA10/2017/1249/F should contain further information.
Further environmental information (FEI) has therefore been requested from the applicant, details of which are available to view online via Public Access by searching for reference number LA10/2017/1249/F. The request correspondence is located in ‘Additional Documentation’ and dated 15/09/2020.
The applicant now has 3 months in which to submit the information to the Department or such extended period as may be agreed in writing.
When the information is received, the Department will provide further updates on publicity and consultation arrangements for the FEI.
