Curraghinalt Dalradian Project – Other applications/consents at Conjoined Public Local Inquiry

This news item is to advise that Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA), an Agency of the Department of Agriculture, Environment & Rural Affairs (DAERA) has updated information and survey data relevant to the determination of the consent and abstraction applications currently under consideration as part of the Conjoined Dalradian Public Local Inquiry.
NIEA have sought to share this with the Planning Appeals Commission (PAC), but it is understood this has not been accepted by the PAC. Nevertheless NIEA have decided to make this information publicly available on their website https://www.daera-ni.gov.uk/articles/public-inquiry-dalradian-goldmine-applications-discharge-consent-and-abstraction-impoundment-licence under the title “NIEA Updates”.
