    Consultation description

    the effect of the Order would be to abandon an area of 300 square metres of former road on Waring Street, Lurgan comprising a car park, from a point 17 metres south-west of its junction with Millennium Way and continuing for 29 metres in a north-westerly direction.

    Inspecting the proposal

    The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period from 1 August 2024 to 10 September 2024 at:

    Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either by email using the email address below or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 0300 200 7899.

    Making an objection

    Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to the Department at the address below or by emailing southernlandsteam@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds of the objection.
