The Order will introduce ‘no waiting at any time’ restrictions (loading and unloading permitted) on lengths of High Street and Scarffe’s Entry, Omagh. Vehicles are excepted from the restrictions in certain circumstances.
The Order also updates the definitions of “postal packet” and “universal service provider”.
