The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Omagh) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2024The Order will introduce ‘no waiting at any time’ restrictions (loading and unloading permitted) on lengths of High Street and Scarffe’s Entry, Omagh. Vehicles are excepted from the restrictions in certain circumstances.
The Order also updates the definitions of “postal packet” and “universal service provider”.

Making an objection
Any person may object or make other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, by writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing before 12 January 2024.
