    The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled The Waiting Restrictions (Maghera) Order (Northern Ireland) 2021.

    Consultation description

    The Order will prohibit vehicles waiting at any time (loading and unloading not permitted) on lengths of Bank Square, Maghera.

    Vehicles are excepted from the prohibition in certain circumstances.

    The Order will also revoke and re-enact certain other waiting restrictions in Maghera.

    Inspecting the proposals

    Full details are contained in the draft Order which, together with a map showing the road involved, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at the Department’s address as follows:

    During the current Covid-19 emergency, access to this building is limited and inspection of the draft Order is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mail using the office e-mail address below or by telephone during office hours (Mon to Fri 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 028 8225 4085.

    Making an objection

    Any person may, before 18 December 2020, object or make other representations to the proposal in writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing trafficwestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds for objection.
