    Consultation description

    The Order will introduce waiting restrictions in John Street and Kevlin Road, Omagh so that between 9.30 am to 3.30 pm on Monday to Saturday inclusive, the waiting of vehicles will be limited to 1 hour, with no return until a period of 1 hour has expired.

    Vehicles are excepted from the conditions in certain circumstances.

    The Order will also create clearways on the same lengths of road, between 8.00 am to 9.30 am and between 3.30 pm to 6.00 pm Monday to Saturday inclusive.

    The Order will also revoke an existing parking place on Kevlin Road.

    Inspecting the proposals

    Full details are contained in the draft Order which together with a map showing the road involved may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at the Department's address as follows:

    During the current Covid-19 emergency, access to this building is limited and inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either by email using trafficwestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 02882 254085.

    Making an objection

    Any person may object or make other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, by writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing trafficwestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk before 15 January 2021.
