The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled The Taxis (Magherafelt) Order (Northern Ireland) 2019.

Consultation description

The Order will introduce a stand for taxis on a length of Market Street, Magherafelt and prescribe the conditions under which it can be used.  A maximum of 4 taxis may use the stand at any one time.  The stand will be available for use from 7.00 pm to 6.00 am on all days.  No vehicle other than a taxi will be permitted to use the stand during these hours.

Inspecting the proposal

Full details are contained in the draft Order which together with a map showing the road involved may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at the Department's address as follows:

Making an objection
