The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled the Roads (Speed Limit) (No. 6) Order (Northern Ireland) 2023.

Consultation description
The Order will–
- apply a 40 miles per hour speed limit to a length of Clanabogan Road, Edenderry Road, Glenpark Road and Gortin Road, Newtownsaville Road, and Springhill Road, Omagh;
- The Order also revokes and re-enacts a speed limit (national speed limit) on a length of Botera Upper Road, Omagh which corrects a drafting error in S.R. 1998 No. 340.
Vehicles are excepted from the restrictions in certain circumstances.

Making an objection
Any person may object or make other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, by writing or emailing the Department at the DfI Roads address above before 24 November 2023.
