    Summary

    Notice is hereby given that under Article 65 of the Roads (NI) Order 1993, the Department proposes to introduce road humps and other traffic calming works at Royal Oaks Road, Donagh, Co. Fermanagh, to control the speed of traffic through this residential area.

    Consultation description

    The road humps will be constructed in accordance with the Road Humps Regulations (NI) 1999, other features will be constructed in accordance with the Traffic Calming Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1995.

    The scheme will consist of the following measures:-

    • Royal Oaks Road - One tapered edge road hump approximately 5.0 metres long, 6.0 metres wide and 75mm high adjacent to street light number 4.
    • Royal Oaks Road - One tapered edge road hump approximately 5.0 metres long, 6.0 metres wide and 75mm high adjacent to street light number 7.
    • Royal Oaks Road - One tapered edge road hump approximately 5.0 metres long, 6.0 metres wide and 75mm high adjacent to street light number 9.

    Inspecting the proposals

    A map showing the road humps and other traffic calming works may be inspected free of charge, please contact TrafficFermanagh@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk to arrange a viewing.

    Making an objection

    Objections or other representations may be made to the Department for Infrastructure, Network Development Section, Castle Barracks, Wellington Road, Enniskillen, within a period of 31 days from the publication of this notice.
