Summary

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) gives notice of its intention to make an Order under Article 68 of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993, the effect of which would be to abandon an area of 845 square metres of road and verge from the eastern junction of A6 Foreglen Road and U2203 Foreglen Road, Dungiven, extending westward for a distance of 91.7 metres.

Inspecting the proposal

The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period from 14 December 2021 to 25 January 2022 at

During the current Covid-19 emergency access to this building is limited and inspection of the draft Order is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mail using the e-mail address above or by telephone during office hours (Mon to Fri 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 0300 200 7899.

Making an objection

Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to the Department at the address below or by emailing landsofficecoleraine@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds of the objection.
