    Summary

    The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) gives notice of its intention to make an Order under Article 68 of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993, the effect of which would be to abandon an area of 4.3 square metres of road on B3 Main Street, Markethill comprising footway, from a point 43 metres north-east of its junction with B78 Mowhan Road.

    Inspecting the proposal

    The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map, which together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period from 13 January 2022 to 22 February 2022 at

    During the current Covid-19 restrictions, access to this building is limited and inspection of the draft Order is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mail using the e-mail address below or by telephone during office hours (Mon to Fri 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 0300 200 7899.

    Making an objection

    Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to the Department at the address below or by emailing southernlandsteam@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds of the objection.
