Consultation description

The Order will prohibit vehicles waiting at any time (loading and unloading not permitted) on lengths of Back Lane, Draperstown. Vehicles are excepted from the restriction in certain circumstances.

During the current Covid-19 emergency access to buildings is limited and inspection of the draft Order is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mailing the address above or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 028 8225 4085.

Making an objection

Any person may object or make other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, by writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing within a period of 22 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
