The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled the Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Larne) (Amendment No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022.

Consultation description

The Order will prohibit vehicles waiting at any time (loading and unloading not permitted) on lengths of Kent Avenue, Larne. Vehicles are excepted from the prohibition in certain circumstances.

Inspecting the proposals

Full details are contained in the draft Order which together with a map showing the road involved may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at DfI Roads Northern Division, Traffic Management, County Hall, 182 Galgorm Road, Ballymena, BT42 1QG.

Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either by email using dfiroads.northern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 0300 200 7899.

Making an objection

Any person may object or make other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, by writing to the Department at Roads Northern Division at the address above or by emailing dfiroads.northern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk within a period of 22 days from the date of publication of this Notice.
