    Consultation description

    The Order authorises the use as a parking place for coaches of―

    • a length of Merchants Quay, Newry on all days with waiting limited to 20 minutes and no return within 1 hour: and
    • lengths of Stranmillis Road, Belfast and Water Street, Londonderry on all days with waiting limited to 20 minutes and no return within 1 hour between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm and no limit between 6.00 pm and 8.00 am

    Vehicles are excepted from the restriction in certain circumstances.

    Full details are contained in the draft Order which, together with maps showing the roads involved, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at the addresses below:

    During the current Covid-19 emergency access to these buildings is limited and inspection of the draft Order is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mail using the relevant office e-mail address above or by telephone during office hours (Mon to Fri 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 0300 200 7899.
