The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled The Parking Places on Roads, Loading Bay and Waiting Restrictions (Newcastle) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2023.

Consultation description

The Order will introduce no waiting at any time restrictions (loading and unloading permitted) on lengths of the U6206 Yacht Club Access/Harbour Slip Newcastle. Vehicles are excepted from the restrictions in certain circumstances.

The Order also amends the definitions of postal packet and universal service provider in The Parking Places on Roads, Loading Bay and Waiting Restrictions (Newcastle) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2018.
