    Summary

    The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled The Parking Places on Roads, Loading Bay and Waiting Restrictions (Newcastle) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2023.

    Consultation description

    The Order will introduce no waiting at any time restrictions (loading and unloading permitted) on lengths of the U6206 Yacht Club Access/Harbour Slip Newcastle. Vehicles are excepted from the restrictions in certain circumstances.

    The Order also amends the definitions of postal packet and universal service provider in The Parking Places on Roads, Loading Bay and Waiting Restrictions (Newcastle) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2018.

    Inspecting the Proposal

    Full details are contained in the draft Order which together with a map showing the road involved may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at:

    Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mail using tninddownpatrick@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone during office hours (Mon to Fri 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 0300 200 7899.
