The Order will:
- authorise lengths of Bishop Street Without, Boating Club Lane, William Street, and Horace Street, Londonderry for use as parking places and prescribe the conditions under which they may be used. Between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm on the days Monday to Saturday parking will be limited to 1 hour with no return to a parking place within 1 hour.
- revoke an existing parking place on Horace Street, Londonderry.
- prohibit vehicles waiting at any time (loading and unloading permitted) on lengths of Deanfield; Lower Bennett Street and Termon Street, Londonderry.

Making an objection
Any person may, before 7 August 2020, object or make other representations to the proposal by writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing email@example.com stating the grounds for objection.
