The Parking and Waiting Restrictions (Londonderry) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2018

The Order will:

• authorise lengths of Fountain Street, Londonderry for use as parking places and prescribe the conditions under which they may be used. Between 8.00 am and 6.30 pm Monday to Saturday inclusive parking will be limited to 1 hour and no return within 1 hour.
• prohibit vehicles waiting at any time (loading and unloading not permitted) on lengths of Aberfoyle Crescent and Great James Street, Londonderry.
• prohibit vehicles waiting at any time (loading and unloading permitted) on lengths of Lone Moor Road, Londonderry.

Vehicles are excepted from the prohibitions in certain circumstances.

Inspecting the proposals

Making an objection

Any person may object or make other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made by writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing trafficwestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk before 4 October 2018.
