The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled The Parking Places on Roads and Waiting Restrictions (Dungannon) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2022.

Consultation description

The Order will reduce the length of a no waiting at any time restriction (loading and unloading permitted) at Feeney’s Lane, Dungannon. Vehicles are excepted from the restriction in certain circumstances.

The Order also amends the definitions of postal packet and universal service provider.

Inspecting the proposals

Full details are contained in the draft Order which, together with a map showing the road involved, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at DfI Roads Western Division, County Hall, Drumragh Avenue, Omagh, BT79 1AF.

Due to ongoing Covid-19 guidance access to this building is limited and inspection of the draft Order is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mail using the office e-mail address below or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 028 8225 4085.

Making an objection

Any person may, within a period of 22 days from the date of publication of this Notice, object or make other representations to the proposal in writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing trafficwestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds for objection.  The information you provide in your response to this consultation, excluding personal information, may be published or disclosed in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) or the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR).
