Consultation description

The Order will prohibit vehicles waiting at any time (loading and unloading permitted) on a length of Nelson Drive, Derry/Londonderry. Vehicles are excepted from the prohibition in certain circumstances.

Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either by email to trafficwestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 028 8225 4085.

Making an objection

Any person may object or make other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, by writing to the Department at the address below or by emailing trafficwestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk before 16 December 2024.
