    The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled The One-Way Traffic (Belfast) (Amendment No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2021.

    Consultation description

    The Order will introduce one-way traffic systems on:-

    • Ballysillan Drive, Belfast, so that traffic can only proceed in a south-westerly direction for its entire length; and
    • Fulton Street, Belfast, so that traffic can only proceed in a north-easterly direction from 39 metres south-east of its junction with Dublin Road to its junction with Pakenham Street.

    Inspecting the proposals

    Full details are contained in the draft Order which, together with maps showing the roads involved, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at the Department's address as follows:

    Castle Buildings
    Stormont Estate
    Upper Newtownards Road
    Belfast
    BT4 3SQ

    During the current Covid-19 emergency access to this building is limited and inspection of the draft Order is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mail using the e-mail address below or by telephone during office hours (Mon to Fri 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 0300 200 7899.

    Making an objection

    Any person may, before 7 May 2021, object or make other representations to the proposal by writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing traffic.eastern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds for objection.
