The Department for Infrastructure (DfI), being of the opinion that the road is not necessary for road traffic, proposes to abandon an area of 40 square metres of Railway Avenue, Newry commencing at a point 13.1 metres north-west of its junction with Monaghan Street.

Inspecting the proposal

The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours before 9 December 2019 at:

Newry 

Making an objection

Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to the Department at:
