The Planning Portal Project Team has developed a user survey to enable us to establish a benchmark going forward before the new IT system is rolled out later this year.
Consultation description
The purpose of this survey is to capture the experiences and satisfaction levels of all key users of the current Planning IT System, and those who submit of hard copy planning applications and Regional Property Certificate requests. It also aims to gauge opinion on the usefulness of particular online functionality if it were available to users.
You are encouraged to complete this short survey by 27th June 2022. It should take less than 5 minutes to complete online and most questions simply need a tick in the appropriate box.
