    Consultation description

    The Order will introduce a loading bay on a length of Barry Street, Londonderry for the use of all vehicles loading and unloading certain goods during the hours between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Monday to Friday inclusive. Vehicles are excepted from the conditions of the bays in certain circumstances.

    Inspecting the proposal

    Full details are contained in the draft Order which together with a map showing the road involved may be inspected free of charge during office hours before 1 October 2021 at:

    During the current Covid-19 restrictions, access to buildings is limited and inspection of the draft Order is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mailing the address below or by telephone during office hours (Mon to Fri 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 028 8225 4085.

    Making an objection

    Any person may object or make other representations, specifying the grounds on which they are made, by writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing trafficwestern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk before 1 October 2021.
