The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled The Loading Bays on Roads (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2020.

Consultation description

The Order will introduce a loading bay on a length of Main Street, Castledawson for the use of all vehicles loading and unloading certain goods during the hours between 8.30 am and 6.30 pm on Monday to Saturday inclusive.

The Order will also remove an existing loading bay on a length of Main Street, Larne and replace it with two loading bays for the use of all vehicles loading and unloading certain goods during the hours between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on Monday to Saturday inclusive.

Vehicles are excepted from the conditions of the bays in certain circumstances.

Full details are contained in the draft Order which together with maps showing the roads involved may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at the Department's addresses as follows:
