    Consultation description

    The Order will:

    • Introduce a loading bay on a length of Argyle Terrace, Londonderry for the use of all vehicles loading and unloading certain goods during the hours between 8.00 am and noon on Monday to Friday inclusive. Vehicles are excepted from the restriction in certain circumstances.
    • remove a loading bay on a length of Waterloo Place, Londonderry.

    Inspecting the proposals

    Full details are contained in the draft Order which together with maps showing the roads involved may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at the Department’s address as follows:

    Making an objection
