The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled The Loading Bays on Roads (Amendment No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2021.

Consultation description

The Order will introduce loading bays on lengths of Main Street, Ballymoney for the use of all vehicles loading and unloading certain goods during the hours between 9.00 am and 5.30 pm on Monday to Saturday inclusive.

Vehicles are excepted from the conditions of the bays in certain circumstances.

Inspecting the proposal

Full details are contained in the draft Order which together with a map showing the road involved may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at:

During the current Covid-19 emergency, access to buildings is limited and inspection of the draft Order is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mail using the e-mail address above or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 0300 200 7899.
