    Summary

    The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order to abandon 147 square metres of footpath linking Hollyhill Link car park and Tempo Road, Enniskillen, after the completion of such works as the Department considers necessary for the provision of alternative facilities for road traffic.

    Consultation description

    Inspecting the proposal

    The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period from 19 December 2018 to 28 January 2019 at the Department's address as follows:

    Making an objection

    Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to the Department at the address below or by emailing transportni.western@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds of the objection.
