    Summary

    The Department for Infrastructure (DfI), being of the opinion that the road is not necessary for road traffic, proposes to make an order to abandon an area of 409.5 square metres of road comprising footway opposite Nos. 4-48 Finvoy Street, Belfast and footpath extending from the south-east corner of the Walkway Community Centre to its junction with Finvoy Street opposite the rear of 19 Sintonville Avenue adjacent to Bloomfield walkway.

    Inspecting the proposal

    The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period 21 February 2018 to 30 March 2018 at the following address:
