Consultation description

The Order will amend The Extinguishment of Right to Use Vehicles on Roads (Londonderry Order (NI) 2010 to include an exception for taxis waiting on a taxi stand in Police Court Street.

Inspecting the proposal

Full details are contained in the draft Order which, together with a map showing the road involved, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at the Department’s address as follows:
