Environmental Noise Directive – Road Noise Action Plan 2018–2023The consultation is a requirement under the European Directive for Assessment and Management of Environmental Noise 2002/49/EC. The consultation document comprises of a Draft Roads Noise Action Plan which contains proposals, where necessary, to improve environmental noise conditions.
