    Summary

    The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) proposes to make an Order entitled The Cycle Routes (Amendment No. 2) Order (Northern Ireland) 2024.

    Consultation description

    The Order will provide two-way shared cycle tracks on lengths of Lagmore Avenue, Belfast and one-way cycle tracks on lengths of Lagmore Avenue, Belfast.

    The Order also corrects a drafting error contained in The Cycle Routes (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2011.

    Inspecting the proposals

    Full details are contained in the draft Order which, together with a map showing the roads involved, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period below at:

    Inspection of the draft Order and maps is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mail using the e-mail address below or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 0300 200 7899.

    Making an objection

    Any person may, before 26 July 2024, object or make other representations to the proposal in writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing activetravel.eastern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds for objection.
