Summary
The Department for Infrastructure (DfI), being of the opinion that the road is not necessary for road traffic, gives notice of its intention to make an Order under Article 68 of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993, the effect of which would be to abandon an area of 49.331 square metres of Bradford Square, Belfast commencing at its junction with Tomb Street and extending for a distance of 7.52 metres in an easterly direction.

The length of road to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft Order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period 25 March 2026 to 4 May 2026 at:

Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either by email using the email address below or by telephone on 0300 200 7899 during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.).
