Consultation description
The effect of which would be to stop-up two lengths of Belvoir Road, Belfast at
• the south-east side of the north bound carriageway at a point 200 metres north-east of its junction with Newtownbreda Road for a distance of 66 metres in a north-easterly direction; and
•the north-west side of the south bound carriageway at a point 246 metres north-east of its junction with Newtownbreda Road for a distance of 20 metres in a north-easterly direction.
The lengths of road to be stopped-up are delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period 17th September 2025 to 24th October 2025 at DfI TRAM Eastern Division, Hydebank House, 4a Hospital Road, Ballydollaghan, Belfast, BT8 8JL or viewed online at www.infrastructure-ni.gov.uk/consultations
Inspecting the proposal
Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either by email using the email address below or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.) on 0300 200 7899.
Making an objection
Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to the Department at DfI TRAM Eastern Division at the address above, or by emailing lands.eastern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds of the objection.
