    Summary

    The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) gives notice of its proposal to make an order to abandon 3914.02 square metres of road consisting of five areas of carriageway footpath and verge at Seagoe Industrial Estate, Craigavon after the completion of such works as the Department considers necessary to provide alternative facilities for road traffic.

    Consultation description

    Inspecting the proposal

    The areas of road proposed to be abandoned are delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period 13 August 2020 to 23 September 2020 at the Department's address as follows:

    Craigavon Section Office
    Carn Industrial Estate
    Craigavon
    BT63 5RH

    Making an objection

    Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to the Department at the address above or emailing southernlandsteam@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds of the objection.

    During the current Covid-19 emergency, access to this building is limited and inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either by email using the office email address southernlandsteam@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 0300 200 7899.
