Abandonment - Marcus Ward Street, Belfast

The effect of the Order would be to abandon an area of 28.66 square metres of land extending for 37.98 metres to the rear of the footway on Marcus Ward Street, Belfast.

Inspecting the proposal

The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft Order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period 28 August 2024 to 8 October 2024 at:

Inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mail to lands.eastern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 0300 200 7899.

Making an objection
