Summary

The Department for Infrastructure (DfI), gives notice of its proposal to abandon an area of 1351 square metres of former road at Killyvally Road, Garvagh, commencing at a point 102 metres east of its junction with Station Road, Garvagh and extending for 127.8 metres in an easterly direction along the front of No. 6-10 Killyvally Road (Thompson Engineering works), after completion of such works as the Department considers necessary to provide alternative facilities.

Inspecting the proposal

The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period 11 August 2020 to 21 September 2020 at the Department's address as follows:

Making an objection

Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to the Department at the address above or by emailing landsofficecoleraine@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds of the objection.
