    Summary

    The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) gives notice of its intention to make an Order under Article 68 of the Roads (Northern Ireland) Order 1993, the effect of which would be to abandon an area of 62 square metres of turning area in front of No. 30 Glebe Park, Moira.

    Inspecting the proposal

    The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map which, together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period 26 November 2021 to 5 January 2022 at:

    DfI Roads Eastern Division
    Annex 7
    Block 2
    Castle Buildings
    Stormont Estate
    Upper Newtownards Road
    Belfast
    BT4 3SQ

    During the current Covid-19 restrictions, access to this building is limited and inspection of the draft Order and map is by appointment only which can be arranged either by email using the office e-mail address below or by telephone during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 0300 200 7899.

    Making an objection

    Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to the Department at the above address or by emailing lands.eastern@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds of the objection.
