Consultation description
The Abandonment comprises 150 metres of superseded Ardress Road beginning at a point 34 metres north-west of the junction of Ardress Road with Annaghmore Road and extending 150 metres in a westerly direction and 21 metres of superseded Tallbridge Road beginning at a point 32 metres west of the junction of the Ardress Road with Annaghmore Road and extending 21 metres in a north easterly direction.
Inspecting the proposal
The area of road proposed to be abandoned is delineated on a map, which together with a copy of a draft order, may be inspected free of charge during office hours within the period from 23 March 2023 to 2 May 2023 at:

Inspection of the draft Order is by appointment only which can be arranged either by e-mail using the e-mail address below or by telephone during office hours (Mon to Fri 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) on 0300 200 7899.
Making an objection
Any person may, within the period above, object to the proposal by writing to the Department at the address belos or by emailing southernlandsteam@infrastructure-ni.gov.uk stating the grounds of the objection.
