DfI processes your information to facilitate communications with Key Infrastructure Owners and critical services providers to assist DfI to review and update the Northern Ireland Flood Risk Assessment.
The legislative basis for processing this information is The Water Environment (Floods Directive) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2009.
What categories of personal data are you processing?
The personal data processed by DfI consists of your name, email address, phone number and organisation name.
Where do you get my personal data from?
The information processed is collected from your completed citizen space questionnaire.
Do you share my personal data with anyone else?
The information that you provide will be securely stored and used solely for the development of the Northern Ireland Flood Risk Assessment.
Information provided in response to this consultation, including personal data, may be subject to disclosure under access to information legislation (primarily the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and the Data Protection Act 2018 / UK General Data Protection Regulation). However, any disclosure of personal data will only be in accordance with data protection legislation.

How long do you keep my personal data?
We will retain your data until the end of the 6 years Floods Directive cycle.
