The Department has made a Statutory Rule entitled The Waiting Restrictions (Clogher) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015, (S.R. 2015 No. 267), which comes into operation on 29 June 2015.
The rule will introduce a ‘no waiting at any time’ restriction (loading and unloading permitted) on lengths of the Ballymagowan Road and Station Road, Clogher.
The Order will also introduce a ‘no waiting on Saturday 8.30 am to 6.00 pm restriction (loading and unloading permitted) on other lengths of the Ballymagowan Road and Station Road, Clogher.
Vehicles are excepted from the restrictions in certain circumstances.
