The Department for Infrastructure has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Waiting Restrictions (Ballygally) Order (Northern Ireland) 2024”, (S.R. 2024 No. 98) which comes into operation on 13 May 2024.
The Rule will introduce a no waiting at any time restriction (loading and unloading not permitted) on a length of Cairncastle Road, Ballygally. Vehicles are excepted from the restrictions in certain circumstances.
A copy of the Rule may be viewed at DfI offices during office hours (Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm) by appointment only. Appointments can be arranged by telephoning 0300 200 7899.
