Upper Newtownards Road - Flood Alleviation Scheme

NI Water commenced work on a large-scale flood alleviation project for the Upper Newtownards Road / Knock Road area of East Belfast on Monday 5 June. The work being carried out on the Upper Newtownards Road and Knock Road will continue until early September 2017.
The works have caused daily traffic delays since they commenced and drivers should allow extra time for their journey or consider using an alternative route where possible.
