The purpose of this memorandum is to retain TD 37/93 Scheme Assessment Reporting in amended form for use in the reporting of staged scheme assessments of major road improvement schemes in Northern Ireland as an interim measure following the withdrawal of TD 37/93 from the Design Manual for Roads and Bridges (DMRB).
