The Department hereby gives notice, that in accordance with Article 6(3) of the Habitats Directive 92/43/EEC a report to Inform the appropriate assessment has concluded that the construction of the Strathroy Link Road would not by itself, or in combination with other known plans or projects, adversely affect the integrity of the River Foyle and Tributaries SAC.
