Social and Environmental Guidance for Water and Sewerage Services (2021-2027)

The purpose of this document is to provide the Northern Ireland Authority for Utility Regulation with guidance on the key environmental and social policies that the Minister for Infrastructure expects it to contribute to in carrying out its role in regulating the water industry during the 2021-2027 period. This guidance has been developed with key water stakeholders involved in the Price Control process.
