The Road Races (Down Rally) Order (Northern Ireland) 2019 No. 121

The effect of the Rule is to permit the Ballynahinch and District Motor Club Limited, as promoter of the Down Rally 2019, to use for that event certain roads by suspending the right of way of other traffic at various times on 20 July 2019.
