The Department for Infrastructure (DfI) has made a Statutory Rule entitled “The Parking Places on Roads, Loading Bay and Waiting Restrictions (Newcastle) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2023” (S.R. 2023 No. 103) which comes into operation on 14 July 2023.
The Rule will introduce no waiting at any time restrictions (loading and unloading permitted) on lengths of the U6206 Yacht Club Access/Harbour Slip Newcastle. Vehicles are excepted from the restriction in certain circumstances.
The Order also amends the definitions of postal packet and universal service provider in The Parking Places on Roads, Loading Bay and Waiting Restrictions (Newcastle) (Amendment) Order (Northern Ireland) 2018.
